It was set in stone: a visit to the Warner Bros studios: The Making of Harry Potter during my London trip. I tried to reserve a ticket from the website a month before the trip, however, it was all sold out. Suddenly I had an idea, I took the list of the companies selling HP tours, and I e-mailed them all for extra slots. One company, Evans evans tours replied.
The HP studios were not in London proper. It was in Leavesden, which was approximately an hour from London. We were picked up at Trafalgar square a little after lunch, and arrived at the studios in an hour. We were greeted at the lobby with pictures of the Harry Potter cast. My favorite Harry Potter characters are Fred and George weasley, they are funny, witty and well-meaning.

The first thing that happened was that we were asked to sit on a small cinema and we were oriented on the tour. The guide made a joke that we were about to review all the Harry Potter films from 1 to 7.
After that he asked if it was anyone’s birthday today. Because if it is your birthday, you get to be the first to open the door towards the Great Hall, which was our first stop. For a moment I felt the urge to lie about my birthday, which was a month ago.

The Great Hall was what it is: it was a place for announcements (all the Hogwarts teachers’ costumes are there) and for feasting/ celebration (fake food all over the tables).

The rest of the tour was unguided so I really took my time checking out the exhibit. Here you can find yourself standing infront of the Hogwarts gate with the fog. There was an exhibit on the Mirror of Erised, which was a mirror who can show the greatest deepest desire of your heart.
I also found it quite fun on how you can find yourself on the way to Dumbledore’s office (If you remember the password).

Check out this display on the gathering of the Death eaters, and the snake Nagini!

After seeing the indoor exhibit (which is not limited to my pictures, OMG) , there’s an exit that can take you to the…

Then after you ride the Hogwarts, there’s an exit but do not be sad to take it because right outside there you can find the:

Had a blast! I feel like a kid again. No one who visited the studios was happier than I.
